After you have placed your order:

We will:

  • Contact you if there’s information that we need
  • Update the e-zine content if necessary
  • Produce the e-zine
  • Send it to you for approval
  • Add it to your website.

For new clients:

We will:

  • Contact you to get the information we need
  • Update the e-zine content if necessary
  • Produce the e-zine
  • Send it to you for approval.

We like to keep things as simple as we can, but there are a few things you should know:

  • The ICE document is yours to use as you wish. There are no restrictions on how or where you can use it.
  • This is an electronic publication. We can provide final print files for an extra cost if you plan to print copies. Please contact us for more information.
  • Please note that, if you want any changes to the content of the ICE document (for example, additional sections adding or changes to the copy) these will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
  • We’ll always do our best to deliver the ICE document to you as quickly as possible. However, delays sometimes occur. If this is the case, we’ll always keep you fully informed.
  • The ICE document is a one-off purchase. All information is correct at the time of purchase. Updated versions can be purchased in the future for a significantly discounted price.
