Your invite to our CRM webinar, plus another date for your diary

Last week we wrote about the software that most advisers and planners should use, but don’t. If you read the article you will know that we were referring to CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems. If you missed it, you can still read the article by clicking here. Or you can sign up to our CRM webinar.

We believe that used effectively CRMs improve conversion rates, reduce marketing spend and drive efficiency in your business.

We concluded the blog by asking whether our readers would be interested in attending a free webinar on the benefits of a CRM.

The answer was a resounding, yes!

So, I’m delighted to announce that we’ll run the webinar on Thursday 9th May at 10.00 am.

Places will be limited and half of them are already taken. So, if you would like to attend (and can definitely commit to the webinar) please click here and drop me an email.

We’ll be explaining:

  • What a CRM is and how it differs to most back-office systems
  • How to use a CRM to manage your pipeline
  • How a CRM will improve conversion rates
  • How a CRM can improve business decision making

We’ll send a link for the webinar closer to the date.

Another date for your diary

You could probably attend a conference, seminar or symposium (does anyone actually know how they differ from other conferences?) every day of the week. However, I wanted to give a quick plug for this year’s Humans Under Management conference.

I attended for the first-time last year and was hugely impressed. It was genuinely different to any other event I’ve attended before.

Last year’s speakers were diverse and fascinating, this year’s line-up (with one possible exception!) looks superb too.

You can find out more and book a ‘super early bird’ ticket by clicking here.

Until next week…
