Personal Finance Copywriter
Adam
Adam joins us as a finance copywriter, having been passionate about writing since he was a child. After graduating with a BA Hons in English and Media Studies at De Montfort University back in 2002, Adam began his writing career as a local journalist in Dover, before moving back to his hometown of Medway to work as a copywriter for a web design company, spending 11 years there before joining us here.
When he’s not working, Adam loves watching football (and tearing his hair out at Fantasy Football), and has also started regularly playing golf, though he admits that he spends more time searching for his lost golf balls than he does actually hitting them. He’s also incredibly double-jointed and can turn his right foot almost 180 degrees!

Full English or Continental?
Can I say both!? A good mix of a healthy Continental breakfast and a full English is right up my street! However, if I had to choose just one to have for the rest of my life, I’d have to say full English (sorry arteries).
Red or White?
Definitely white for me. I find red wine a little too sharp, but a fine Gewurztraminer goes down a treat!
Summer or Winter?
It’s an easy choice for me here – winter. It’s so much easier to warm up in the winter than it is to cool down in the summer!
Holiday Abroad or 'Staycation'?
I totally appreciate the benefits of a staycation but I’d have to say holiday abroad (finances permitting). I love to explore new places and experience new things.
Fiction or Non-Fiction
I’d have to say fiction. Reading a good fictional story allows you to feel like you’re in that world and you can forget about what’s going on in your real life for a short time.
